L-Lysine, 500 mg, 180 Vegetarian Capsules

i had a minor surgery and tooth implant recently, so I started to use L-Lysine to get healed easier. I honestly think it helped or probably it's a placebo effect. However, I feel like it helped. Capsule size is easy to consume, no smell and this is my second brand, they both smell the same. I have read that this is not to be mixed with L-Arginine because they will both neutralize each other, so perhaps if you are taking L-Arginine for workout, please be aware of this statement as I saw many articles written about it. For me, this is absolutely okay as when I had minor surgery or cuts, that means, I am not working out, so I am not taking L-Arginine while i am taking L-Lysine. The delivery was good, the capsule is just the right amount of size to consume and I believe the healing process is much faster for me. Hope this helps.

I trust this brand in general, and this Lysine was of good quality for sure. I took it to improve general health and to control growth of papillomas. This worked really well in the long run and I can see the benefit. Great ingredient, nice value size package! The taste is neutral and overall is a good addition to my supplement routine and diet.

i'm only taking it since a short while, but i've heard it's good against herpes viruses, so i tried it. it's not too heavy on the stomach either. but i'm not sure if it really is the free form like the lable says since it only says hcl on the back.
