I used ENADA years ago for CFS and seemed to help. I saw this on iHerb it is hard to find. I know they offer the dissolvable tablets but have always used the ones that are coated. There is a difference. Those only come in the 5 mg size, so I end up taking 2 of them. They do seem to help but wish they were less expensive. It is nice when iHerb offers sales.
I have not felt more energized until I started taking the supplement. I take it every morning and I feel amazing already and it’s only day three. I cannot take it for a month and see how the results are. I’m always low on energy and always tired and this is my life savior
I’ve given this to friends before and they all say it’s too stimulating. The dosage needs to be reduced. Cutting the tablet in half does the trick. It boosts your mitochondria function. It’s such a good emergency pill to have for low energy. Definitely don’t take before bed. Combine with other supplements for energy, like caffeine, Carnitine, PQQ, Creatine, and zinc. By taking little bit of few different things rather than taking high dose of one, it will help to make sure it’s not too stimulating and reduce side effects.
Very good quality you feel different first day , but i think tolerance 3rd day so you have to stop for some times , dosage is good also

Really wish I'd got onto this sooner. Great addition to your energy stack. Takes about a half hour to an hour to kick in. Really somethin special. I like the low dose, then i can just take them as needed and don't have to worry so much about what else is in my system.

to me this version of nadh was a bit too soft, i needed the 10x but i can tell that for milder cases this can be better, i am happy they have these options for any case. great quality and effect is felt stright away. as i said potency can be stronger if you are like me, feeling very tiered dooring the day.
