Did a curdle test overnight and it passed with flying colours. There is a very nice fragrance when I pop the capsule in my mouth. I dont know if it’s part of the contents or the capsule shell. Expensive but I got it during the sale.

I started taking this in the morning on either an empty stomach or with a light meal. I haven't noticed a great change but I think things are looking up for my digestion and gut health once I take it for over a week
