This is a great brand and the contents are high quality... but I do prefer capsules to tabs-- even though these are oblong, smooth, and small-- easier to swallow than most tabs.. Also, this brand is pretty expensive, but I guess you have to pay more for such high-quality ingredients
Taking it after meal, I can feel a big difference! My energy level will just go up and maintain until the end of the day. It’s pretty amazing! Really good quality ingredients as it is naturally derived. If I’m having a stressful day ,this vitamin helps me have a clear mind and acts quickly so I think it really helps my nervous system!
This is a very powerful B complex. I did get a lot of energy from it; however, because I am sensitive to niacin, I got a bad reaction. Therefore, do not use this product if you have a sensitivity to niacin. It can be dangerous. That being said, when the reaction wore off, i had abundant energy.
