I bought this as stand-by for my little kid during this virus pandemic because it has 6 good key ingredients: Organic Standardized Elderberry Organic Honey Organic Apple Cider Vinegar And immune blend to soothe cough: Vitamin C Zinc English Ivy Leaf English Ivy Leaf Extract helps to soothe coughs associated with hoarseness, dry throat and irritants. I am currently using English ivy leaf bronchial soothe bought from iherb, as immune when we have irritants in our throat and it was effective for young and old. So when I notice the above I add it to my medical kit.
