I've been drinking this for two weeks now before my workout in the evening. I don't feel hungry during dinner time and I mostly don't eat my dinner now for two weeks. I think this can be a replacement meal (from my experience). I love the taste, the right kind of flavor. Nutty and chocolatey! yum, I have purchased more of this and will definitely part of my weight loss diet.
