I seemed to notice a difference in a couple of weeks but have been on it just over three weeks now and I am doing much better with my pain levels caused by a Tarlov cyst in the sacrum area. I like that there are no side effects. The capsules are easy to take with no taste.

This product is very effective for inflammation. The only complaint I have is the very large capsule that is difficult to swallow. It could easily be put into a smaller capsule as the existing capsule is not full.
I found this to take my chronic pain down a notch or two. Nothing super dramatic, but my pain just needs management sometimes. This seemed to work OK.
