Love the product in the powdered form. I take every morning, before breakfast and it helps me greatly with my day. I have tried other products in pill form, and they didn't seem to have the same or as good of an effect. My only wish is that the scoop had a longer handle, so that it would be easier to use.

This has become my favorite magnesium combo supplement! I alternate with the other flavor Raspberry Lemonade. It easily dissolves in water and provides a great flavor to my daily drink. I have half the scoop in water in the morning and half in the evening. It helps with stress and makes me feel more relaxed throughout the day and at night. I highly recommend!
This one keeps his Charlie Horses at bay, helps him sleep much more soundly and reduces aching joints more than any of the others he has tried. Loves the berry flavor, too. It dissolves well rather quickly for easy drinking before bed. His body seems to like this one best.
If you have used magnesium powders for sleep, this is the best I have ever tried. It has a blend of magnesium, and it just seems to work much better than others.

I was a bit disappointed that the blackberry hibiscus flavor is not that strong. The powder is lighter than other varieties and does not seem as strong. Still overall I am pleased with it. it doesn't cake up or anything and is a good quantity and fresh enough.
