I recently tried this tea, and I must say, the quality is great taste is good no caffeine and compact for serving ! The packaging is both attractive and practical. The blend of minerals in the ingredients is impressive, and the size of the capsules is very comfortable to swallow. I’ve been taking it to help with iron deficiency, and I can feel the benefits; it has made a noticeable difference in my energy levels. They work but I’m not sure if this is good for you. It’s way too harsh, at this point you’re destroying your gut lining. Go for other herbs that’s not as harsh.
