This stuff is exactly what is says. It's going to help you move your bowels. I had to drink it cautiously. There were times I would enjoy it at night (all the flavors are good, in my opinion) and go to sleep. By the time I got to work, oh boy...gotta get to that bathroom in a hurry and not just once. Poor quality, test sour and caused me trouble with my stomach and give me heart reflux and once I stopped it went away definitely DO NOT GO BY what people say Good stuff about this tea, no benefit upset stomach and give me issues, I’m disappointed about this as I bought two packs, making pure one by yourself is Way delicious not bitter Not Sour and definitely Not gonna upset your stomach or give you heartburns. I would give it No Star.
