I took a few at the onset of a cold, amazingly I did not get sick this time! Will definitely go with it whenever not feeling well.

This homeopathic seems effective and minimizing cold symptoms . It is a bit chalky but can be disolved in water to drink instead of disolving under the tongue.

Winter viruses are a nuisance but zinc has been proven to shorten duration of infection. No side effects and Zicam is one of the best products. A have to have in your medicine cabinet.

love this stuff!! can't live without! each time I feel a bit under the weather I take a tablet and it helps me bounce back and recover vs get worse. tastes good and my kids take it with no complaints.
