Besides NAHS polar power, this is the only other fish omega i take. NO flavor or burp and extremely effective. the research on this product is very interesting as well.

This might be the only supplements to include peptides derived from salmon, (the phospholipids and omega-3 fatty acids) found in salmon brains. Product is really worth it, albeit very expensive.
Oddly on this product I've tended to take the tablets (I prefer capsules as a general rule). I know that this degrade readily in oxygen--that's why they are in blister packs--and for some reason, I assume that the tablets will be more stable than the capsules? I could be completely wrong.... I have a neuroimmune condition, and it is really important to supplement EPA/DHA and other fish goodies. These do so in a very pure fashion and with no aftertaste. I think they benefit mood as well.
I've been taking the Vectomega tablets for years, with excellent results. I tried the capsule to see if there seemed to be a difference. Seems interchangeable to me.
