The price/quality combo is great! I decided to save on buying electrolytes separately so I made an electrolytic drink myself — just adding this ingredient to water. The package is easy to use. I hope it improves my diet, water retention, and sometimes I use it as kitchen salt for recipes

This was the best salt for me we used this for the longest time and the taste was okay not too salty and the quality of the ingredients was good.We used this for cooking and if your having diet it will help. The size was okay, the package was good. The serving was depends on you but this total pack will be used longer.
