This spice blend is a nice balance of flavors. I enjoy rosemary but not all the time as I find it too pungent but this mixed with the roasted garlic balances it out really well. I still have some even tho I bought it in June last year because as I stated I'm not a big fan of rosemary but I like to use it now and again with garlic. Of which it was used a week ago in a meat mix and then browned for having spaghetti. It is not stale or rancid and has held up.

I’m obsessed with this seasoning ever since I’ve tried it in like a trial. It’s been like my favorite. It taste incredible and it’s giving a little bit of like an Italian herb type thing and it’s really good with tofu and pasta and everything like that. The size is good and the package is really comfortable.
