The taste is earthy but easy to get used to. I use this as a quick snack in between meals when I’m on the go. The quality of the product is the best I’ve seen on the market for plant based protein.

I really like the quality of the ingredients in Four Sigmatic protein powders. I find it helps with energy. My only complaint is that I think they make it too sweet. Perhaps they could leave out the monk fruit.
I like this formulation, but found it unnecessarily sweet from the added monk fruit and coconut palm sugar. I like that the manufacturer disclosed the actual amounts of the extracts, rather than using the term 'proprietary blend' used by many companies. I consume it early in the day rather than later due to its containing Eleutherococcus senticosus (Eleuthero), although I usually consume ashwangandha late in the day due to its effect on cortisol.
I use this as a supplement to my protein shake before bedtime. It helps my immune system as it has quality ingredients not found in most other protein powders. The price per ounce is also a great deal. IHerb, thanks for offering this product.
I love this brand. Very happy it offers protein powder with mushroom that I like. Tasted good and I like that it uses monk fruit and not stevia. Wish it offers more variety.
Four Sigmatic is by far my favorite brand to use when it comes to making a protein rich smoothie. I love both the chocolate version and the vanilla. Both are great. I love the taste of it, not too sugary and it leaves room for other ingredients to shine, should you wish to add some, like coffee for example. Packaging is robust and the quantity very generous. I feel the quality of the powder last quite well over time. The powder may looks chalky at first but blends beautifully with liquids. I also very much appreciate the huge quantity of the other ingredients for their healthy purpose. Highly recommend this brand. You will not be disappointed.
I like the taste, not overly sweet but nicely flavoured. Also appreciate the consistency which has not clumped or caked even now that the expiration date recently passed.
