I’ll be honest , it’s scary the first few times to insert it in . But eventually it gets easier . To all the people scared like me , try using the cup on non period days . Try using in the shower and angle it down and don’t push up . You will need a few tries before you get the fit . All the best !
Best thing I ever bought! At the first period It was hard for me to understand how to get it out and it took me way to long and I was about to give up on this product, but at the second one I feel it was way more easy, I even left it for 18 hours at the first day of the period (heavy) and I got like 3 drops out so it’s good to not think about taking care of it during the day. Your vagi is not smellin w it and it doesn’t have a scent, and its perfect for the environment’s care! quality is perfect (i used is for 3 periods now) and it benefited my bank account for not buying tampons and pads. BUY IT!

I have been using this for almost fifteen treats and I well never go back to tampons or pads. There is a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it is so easy and it’s so awesome to not have to carry around tampons in my purse all the time. Plus you’re creating less waste in the world which is a total win win!
I always wanted to get it but always thought it will be very messy to use. But actually it's very easy and more comfortable than tampons and without any smell. Easy to use and for normal periods you can really just insert and forget it for some time. Only when really heavy period it can leak a bit so need another protection but generally very easy to use it and clean it and also I feel myself better. Don't hesitate and try it, you will not regret.

I have had this cup for many years without any issues or problems. It's a reliable and never had any spills or leaks. It's easy to clean. I've never had any odor issues with the cup or while using it. great for the environment. It's a bit tricky to insert the correct way, but it's worth it.
