Vitamin D3 & K2, 120 Mini Capsules

I was happy to find a more natural source of vitamin D. My current multivitamin does not have these two so I bought this separate. I will probably go back to a more general multivitamin soon, but for now this is good. I also try to take more vitamin D during the winter so this is helpful. They are very small capsules and easy to swallow. I do not really notice an effect, but anything to help get the levels up as mine are low. They do not have a taste. From the brand I would say quality is good.

It was recommended to me by the nutritionist. The capsules are tiny is size. Dosage is perfect for an adult. Also perfect for my son of 12 y.o. who does sport 5 days a week. A glass bottle. D3 + K2. The highest quality. Highly recommend. Have been buying them for year by now.

Clean ingredients. D3 with K2 is a plus, D3 needs K2 in order to be absorbed. My vitamin D levels were normal. No chalky taste, easy to swallow. Great price point. As a brown woman my body needs vitamin D, but doesnt absorb enough from the sun, so this is my next best option.
