I've tried other flavored marine collagen but they tend to be expensive, and other unflavored marine collagen I've tried has a strong fishy smell that I had to do a thick vitamin C effervescent drink to mask the flavor and smell. However, for this one, it's barely noticeable even in the container itself. I usually mix mine in my no-sugar passion fruit tea every morning, at least half an hour before breakfast. No bad side effects to me after 2 weeks. I know the recommendation is 2 scoops, but I usually just do one scoop.

This product is OK. It most likely does what it’s suppose to accomplish in the body. However, it does change the taste a bit and clumps rather than smoothly dissolving. If left sitting it separates. So the quality Isn’t the same as I’ve had with other products that were out of stock.

you do need to use this product consistently in order to see results. i have been taking it almost daily with water or smoothies or juices and the great thing about it is that it has no taste and it comes with a useful scoop for correct dosage. I haven't seen such drastic improvements, but i am confident i am helping my body the right way. would recommend.
