This brand is top-notch and this honey is no exception. The texture is thicker with a slight fine grit to it from additional ingredients. I take it straight but would be just as delicious drizzled on avocado toast with some almond butter and a pinch od red pepper flakes(try it, you won't regret this combo!).

This tastes like very concentrated quality honey so I only take about a half a teaspoon. Sourcing your pollen and honey is very important . I don't know what their heavy metal content is, but it is quality honey based on the taste. I always try to research sources. Most come from South America or china.

When I opened the jar, it look like and smelled like good Quality ingredients, the taste was sooo good...Its only Day 1, so I hoping the benefits will be as I anticipate them to be..and gets some quality sleep...I took 1 serving of one Teaspoon, should know within a few days.....

A bit of a strong taste! It’s not a bad taste, it taste pretty good, but it’s not something I would mix in my coffee and it would blend in perfectly. But I’m taking it for the health benefits and it works extremely well for that purpose!
