This was so delicious. The jerky itself is very soft and so easy to chew. Really melts in your mouth. The mustard BBQ flavor is perfect. It’s peppery and not too sweet. A mild mustard flavor. It’s slightly spicy because of the black pepper but not overbearing. I will order this in bulk next time.

The taste of the Country Archer Mustard BBQ Beef Jerky is okay—decent flavor but not as bold as I expected. The mustard and BBQ notes are there, but they’re pretty mild. The texture is on the softer side, which I do like, and the beef tastes clean since it’s grass-fed. It’s a decent snack overall, just not super strong in flavor. I’d grab it again if I want something light, but I wish the seasoning were a bit more intense.

This jerky is of wonderful quality. Fantastic ingredients as usual for Country Archer. My only complaint is that it is spicy for me. Be prepared for a little kick. So delicious I suffered through the heat to finish the bag.

These taste really good! I just wish they came in bigger sizes since the 2 oz. is more like a snack kind that you eat easily in one sitting. Archer seems like a very high quality brand with good ingredients. The packaging is also nice and simple since it’s resealable.
