I’ve been taking this zinc supplement, and the packaging is sturdy and easy to open, making it practical for daily use. The size of the bottle is convenient and provides enough tablets to last a while. The composition includes zinc with a natural lemon flavor, which makes it more pleasant to take compared to regular zinc tablets. The quality is consistent—the tablets dissolve well and do not leave a harsh aftertaste. In terms of use, I simply take one tablet a day, and it fits easily into my supplement routine. The benefits I’ve noticed are better immune support and a soothing effect on the throat, especially during colder months. Overall, the thoughtful packaging, good size, gentle composition, steady quality, easy use, and noticeable benefits make this a zinc supplement I’m happy to continue.

I found PepZin GI zinc l carnosine and zinc picolinate more effective than this, want to try zinc bound to amino acids maybe they have better absorption, they say zinc is bound to protein during digestion and absorption so maybe amino acids enhance absorption, phytates from food reduce zinc absorption, animal protein foods, phytases may improve absorption.
I found that using these at the very first sign of a scratchy throat really helped "nip it in the bud" and provided a soothing coating effect.
This supplement clearly improves my well-being and condition, I have more energy and I am more vital, I will buy another package, I think you should try it too because it is worth it

good quality, natural ingredients, safety packaging, good taste, for immunity
We've used these for a few years to have on hand a "zinc boost" for when sickness is going around. I've also been known to take one and let it dissolve when my throat feels a little "iffy" and it's done the trick to keep the virus at bay. They are also a good boost whilst ill as well.
This is our household "go to" supplement when we start feeling under the weather with a scratchy throat. Many times the scratchy throat goes no further and we feel back to normal. Highly recommended.
Taste great, not too sweet, size is just nice, ingredient is good. Smells tasty.
Slightly sour, overall acceptable. And the portion is sufficient, you can adjust the dosage by yourself. The packaging is also easy to store and will not cause moisture.
