A non-subtle coconut taste, however dissolves well in hot beverages, no added sugar. It’s a good substitute for dairy milk or vegetal milk in tetra pack. Overall good quality. The only downside is the package’s zip lock, it’s clogged with powder and it’s hard to seal it tight. I have to use an additional clip in order to keep it closed
I got this as my backup emergency coconut milk in case I run out I can still add coconut milk to dishes. Its ingredient is simply powdered coconut from Now brand, a quality brand I trust for many items. It dissolves easily in water and lasts in its container for a long time. It’s a big bag so it will last awhile. It tastes just like coconut milk when diluted with water.

However, it is not 100% pure coconut milk powder — it also contains organic tapioca maltodextrin and organic acacia gum, which slightly alters the flavor compared to some other brands.
