I bought this because my kids asked for a mint toothpaste that wasn't spicy. My kids didn't end up liking it, but I personally think it's not spicy like normal adult mint toothpaste, so if your kids are ready to move on from the kiddy flavor toothpastes, I do recommend you try this one.

i only recently discovered the brand Himalaya and its' amazing range of products. I like the ingredients of this toothpaste and it also tastes great and leaves a fresh smell! Size lasts long as we only use a pea size. Great quality for a good price!
