If you want extra fat and salt to your carnivore diet, this can be your friend.. it helps add to the fat percentage, and the sodium as well. I find that it’s not easy to overeat, (like with some other brands), as they are too salty, so it’s ok.. The White cheddar flavor is tasty, but there isn’t much of a difference between the flavors, as they are too salty to really understand the taste.

High quality keto diet friendly ingredients only. I use it to replace my regular snack. Serving size is not the best, but pork grinds is kinda heavy, so it's not that bad. If you like eating chips, it is your substitute of it. You can have snack and still getting the benefit of a kow carb diet.

Among all flavors they make, IMHO this is the best bar none, its just Cheddar, there is too much of it, but not that much, its fine, its not overpowering like their other versions. Its the best flavor and its the one i bought the most. Packaging is big enough and size is fine too.
