This Pork Rind Crumbs is one of the best buys in iHerb. I went to their website and tried to look for the usage and one dish that I have been making over and over again is the drum stick dish. With the added Pork Rind Crumbs, it just added extra layer of taste to it. My family is loving eating it.

Whisk yellow eggs with whatever you like in it (salt, garlic powder, origano herb...) or plane, mix with whatever you like (fish, peat, poultry, eggs for carnivore bun) and cook with butter or tallow if you are carnivore. Really add variety to my carnivore food. I bought the unseasoned for a more pure carnivore but add whatever I like if feeling like it.
Packaging is good with wide mouth bottle and there is an additional seal inside. A reasonable substitute for breadcrumbs as a coating for fried crispy fish or chicken. The taste is good although texture feels a bit ‘sticky’ as compared to the traditional breadcrumbs.
This product is a god-send as I am eating the ketogenic way, leaning towards carnivore. I can use this in recipes that call for almond flour and increase the protein/fat in the recipe and decrease carb intake. To buy them pre-ground is really good - I had a heck of a time trying to grind the pork rinds that I have! These are finely ground and suitable in many recipes.

delicious and a little salty of taste but it is really suitable to make carnivore pancake by adding eggs with it and fry thr mixture in the pan. the quality is also nice. the ingredient is clean also. i like how pure is it only panko no other additive like salt and sugar
