Having tried every herbal product imaginable for bloating, I am happy to report that this homeopathic remedy is working! I did remember to get toothpaste without mint because mint can antidote a remedy. I also find that Lycopodium helps with anxiety which must be why I am sleeping much better too!! What a great plus. And I've only been on it for about 10 days. Update: I really depend on this remedy to keep the bloating under control and is much improved! It helps me to burp which relieves the pressure.
