I’ve been using these for a while, and they’re actually pretty easy to give since the berry taste is kid-friendly and not overly sweet. The chewables are convenient—no mixing needed. In terms of quality, and required supplement , i can recommand this brand. My son daily favourite. 10 Billion is the best suit to my Son. Daily take it one capsule will be very effective. Gut Health is better with it. Better bowel movement and digestion as well.
