I love that I get vitamin K in different forms - K1 and the K2 even as different forms MK-4 and MK-7. I had a very hard time finding a vitamin K2 supplement with MK-4! I added a screenshot from the manufacturer's website where it clearly lists the quantities of each form of Vitamin K which is missing on the bottle.
I've had Hashimoto's for over 1o years. The doctor tells me I am in remission because my bloodwork is normal but the antibodies always test positive. I started taking this against my doctor's advice. She warned against taking fat soluble vitamins in high doses. Several months later I went back to get tested. The antibodies were almost normal. I haven't had this much improvement through diet and supplementation ever. And the doctor was wrong, I got tested for the vitamin levels and they were all within the healthy range even at such high doses.
It's so difficult to find a combination of A, D & K. Codage's formula is fantastic and has a good balance of all 3 vitamins. The amount if capsules you get is great value for money and the bottle lasts a long time. I take this for strong bones and teeth and for overall health.

My doctor recommended these supplements. I won't know the effects for a while yet, as I've only been taking them for less than a month. I will only know if they are helping after repeated tests. The capsule is big, but it is still easy to take. It has no taste — at least, I haven't tried opening the capsule to find out. The package contains enough for one month. The price is high, but i think this manufacturer's products are of very good quality.
