This capsules' package is made of plastic and it can be considered suitable for the purpose due to the product is not liquid. Furthermore the package can be easily recycled/reused. The reason I bought this supplement is that this product is one of the very few that has a "clean" form of vitamin B12 as ingredient. You see, the market is flooded with a cheap, nasty and poisonous type of vitamin B12 called cyanocobalamin and it is very difficult to find a supplement with out it. I am satisfied with the quality and the potency of this product. The Vitamin B complex is vital for our body and, as it is water soluble, we eliminate daily the any excess of Vitamin B not assimilated by our bodies.

I bought it a long time ago. And so I take it during pregnancy. It replenishes vitamin B very well. The result is on the face. Since iron deficiency anemia can be different. They are very potent. unfortunately I don't tolerate them, as they contain folic acid. I tolerate folic acid in a simple multivitamin with the same amount. That's how potent they are, because they are lozenges. Same company make excellent B1 and folinic acid.

This is so effective, my doctor asked me to take it every other day as my B levels were getting to high! Great product from a great company.

I started taking this when I had chronic fatigue syndrome and it immediately boosted my energy level a bunch. After neural retraining, I am well from CFS, but my B vitamin metabolism is still a bit off. So I take this and it makes a HUGE positive difference in my energy level and clear-headedness. Dose is 2 per day. For best results, I dissolve one tablet under my tongue when I wake up, and a second after dinner.

Lovely vitamins - has a taste of peppermint and that helps with letting it melt on the tongue. Has a slight aftertaste that can be not pleasant, but it’s okey if you aren’t a picky eater. I have noticed a more balanced emotions, so my nervous system seems to be better. The size of the pill is a little smaller then an altoid.

be vitamins are very hard to digest and assimilate. but coenzymated b's are much easier for the body to utilize and don't upset the stomach.

I like this Enzymated B-Complex because it gives a steady boost in energy and helps with overall stress support. The quality is good and the capsules are easy to take. I also appreciate that the formula feels clean and not too strong on the stomach. For the price it is very affordable compared to other B-complex products. Good value if you need daily B-vitamin support.

A good quality product, with all necessary B vitamins. Would prefer Folate instead of Folic Acid but nothings perfect. Benefits include improved energy when taking two lozenges as a dose. Taste is pleasant enough.
