This is a great product for sharpening your recall. It takes maybe a week or 2 to kick in. I take it with my Mate Tea @ 4.45 a.m. along with my spirulina and aminos before heading out with the dogs for a 90 minute walk in warm, 26 degrees, humid tropical conditions. walking swiftly in these conditions allows for my body to tick over and absorb all I have given it so I really notice the increased focus when I return fir a quick swim before beginning work on the laptop. Persevere with these capsules as they are excellent.
