Smart caffeine is great. It helps me feel energized and focused at work. For me it seems to last about 6 hrs and kinda wears off. No crash though. The Theanine is perfect with it. I bought this one because my favorite caffeine l theanine capsules were out of stock. And it said no crash but i got bad heart palpitations with this one, not much benefit and alertness/energy as others i tried. The capsule size is small and the ingredients and quality are not as good as others i tried
