Love it! It doesn’t have smell. Easy to use, which means when you apply it on to your face, it melt so well. It cleanse my pores beautifully!

Great cleansing balm. Things to note- 1: This is a thicker balm so emulsifying does take sometime. 2: Because its thicker it does leave quite an "oily" feeling even after emulsifying. But, if you use an effective foaming cleanser as your follow up its fine. The PHA also helps keep your skin nicely exfoliated with no harsh particles.

The best cleanser for any type of makeup, waterproof or not. Even for a makeup less day, it helps with exfoliation and refreshing your skin, and it has a really nice lemon smell. My face is sensitive from tretinoin and it has caused no issues, but it can dry your face. If your face is already dry, I would recommend against it, but overall it is great

As someone with extremely sensitive skin, i’ve been hesitant to use AHA or BHA Products, but I’ve been really wanting the benefits of the chemical. When I found out about PHA, I did my research and found this balm, and since starting use, it’s definitely made a noticeable difference in the smoothness and bounciness of my skin. Doesn’t bother my sensitive skin at all.
