Didn’t try it enough yet but I’m repurchasing .what I like it is that it’s Halal inshallah and the potency is very good . Hope to see results soon
Good ration of the two, in good form of K2. Less of nasty fillers, only wish it was in liquid form. That’s just my personal preference though.
Best one to use i found a difference after using it for two months
My vitamin D was extremely low - at an 8. I took this for 6 months, as recommended by my naturopathic doctor. Labs showed marked increase in vitamin D levels - up to 63 now. My teen takes it as well, and it keeps her levels up. Don’t need it in the spring/summer, but will start again in the fall.

I did not need much since I love the sun, just a little supplement for support and immunity so this quality, size and dosage is just right fornthe effec I need. No deficiency here but better to be safe. packaging is ok. no bone issues and effect is just right.

Caps size are really small and easy to swallow. My wife just had her vitamin D tested because she had a deficiency, and now she has levels well over the limit. Ingredients are clean and with no unnecessary fillings. Quality is good. The dosage of just one capsule is always welcome.
I wanted a high dosage of vitamin D3 & K2. And I’m happy that I finally found this brand that provides 5000 IU. Each pill size is small and easy to swallow every night before bedtime. Highly recommended if you’re looking for good quality and affordable price.
