Very very good quality, the ingredients are amazing, the taste is alright but what do you expect it's raw honey. The use is madddd easy. The size is so good and unexpected. The packaging is very very good too. The benefits are good cuz honey increases testosterone indirectly and good to eat if you have a cough. The recipe is good cuz it's just raw honey and good for a diet. Servings are very good too. The frequency of consumption should be only 1-2 a day
