This seems gentle with a great composition that cleans teeth and noticeably removes plaque. I make a greens smoothie in the evening & I think it makes me more prone to plaque. This is the first product that has helped. Someone mentioned that the charcoal helps with toxins/metals like mercury & I have many old fillings. So if it helps with that, I will always brush w a charcoal paste b4 bedtime & not rinse it out.

I like the benefits of all the Himalaya toothpastes. The charcoal and black seed oil paste leaves my mouth feeling clean and is gentle. I have not noticed any whitening as of yet but know the ingredients are good.
