If you want extra fat and salt to your carnivore diet, this can be your friend.. it helps add to the fat percentage, and the sodium as well. I find that it’s not easy to overeat, (like with some other brands), as they are too salty, so it’s ok.. The Nacho cheddar flavor is tasty, but there isn’t much of a difference between the flavors, as they are too salty to really understand the taste.
