This is a good combination of full omega acids combined of a high quality ingredients. The capsules size is great, no fish taste. Is really good for stabilising your cholesterol level as well as to keep heart in its best condition. I could see also benefit for my hair and skin. Combined with astaxantin is a perfect match. Aside from the benefits from omega oil, I love the fact that the product have no fishy aftertaste.. been a week using so really no taste or fishy. Gel size is a little big but it's not a problem. Highly recommend
