Heard about this product and decided to give it a try. Although the pills have a slight bitter taste, after swallowing, not after taste at all, so do not worry about it.

I just started taking this product a short while ago. There is no after taste, plus the size is easy to swallow. There are many benefits from the ingredients in this capsule. I take only one dosage daily compared to a previous brand that required two. I believe the quality of this is excellent.

This is a very good berberine for microbial support in the gut. I take it as a part of the Buhner protocol. I started low with half a capsule... I prefer a mix of berberine of the bast and root.
