This is a very compact 1000mg, some other brands are pretty sizable. I have no issue swallowing a big pill, but this is much smaller and easy to get down. I notice within 48 hours that my joint pain is worse if I run out of MSM. Great to find it in this form without fish/shellfish, no allergens!

I have frozen shoulder and have been taking this 5 weeks. I started slow and built up. Frozen shoulder can last 3 years but since I’ve been taking it I have moved from “freezing” to “thawing” and skipped the frozen stage. only received recently so cannot say much about the product. the ingredients are clean and high quality and help support me as i age. it is helping my diet and there is no taste. I haven't noticed the effect yet but they are easy to swallow and hopefully produce some benefit

Haven’t noticed any increase in joint pain after switching from another brand but the size is so much better for swallowing than the giant tablets that got stuck in my throat
