I usually take one pill per day to regulate my bloating and digestion, it has been incredibly beneficial in that regard - I felt relief after the first use. When I started I would take up to three per day, but after having my IBS under control, I just take 1 a day. The pill itself is a bit on the larger size, but still manageable. This package size (90 count) is nice to try out. Have repurchased this specific brand several times already.

This L-glutamine is not bad in quality. My hubby takes them on workout days and it says it gives him more energy and less muscle aches. Ingredients are straight forward with no significant taste. Size of capsule is not too big to swallow. I too take them for gut healing as part of my daily supplement. So far so good!
