i would say the first 2 weeks worked best for me to lower cortisol before bed cause i couldnt sleep, i took 1 pill/day before sleeping, seems to work better if you take it with dinner cause it's most likely fat soluble. however after 3 to 4 weeks it stopped working. so it helped me sleep for the first 2 weeks, but then the effects stopped. I do know that you need to cycle adaptogens, but this lost its effect way sooner then it should, so i will take a break for a month, then start again.

It lowers stress and is antiviral, antibacterial and antiparasitic. I take it during times of illness, stomach upset, or stress and have great results! Definitely recommend.

This brand uses high quality ingredients and the size of the capsules are easy to swallow. The dosage is not overwhelming, easy to fit into your routine. And although it’s liquid into the capsules, there is no after taste. Additionally within a couple of weeks I could feel the benefits of the herbs helping me to relax more.
