Ancient Nutrition is a brand that never fails to amaze me. It’s one of the main brands I trust as far as superior, high quality, effective ingredients. This was a sure winner with helping my mood and energy levels.
I was looking for a B complex that will eliminate the numbness in my fingers. I have tried other brands but this one is the one that produced visible effects. I took one capsule at each meal and after two days, the numbness is gone. I did not experience any niacin flush and the improvement in energy level is a bonus.
Never had a b vitamin that had some of the most unique ingredients incorporated within it until now. Packaging is nice as well. My pee when taking this is fluoro so some synthetic b vitamins are present
I only take these whenever I feel like needing some extra boost to my mood and energy.
absolutely amazing quality!! I was taking folic acid prescription as and it was not helping me at all. I said what the heck. this has the methylated form of folate which is readily absorbed by the body along with the methylated B12 and all the other goodness in this supplement. this has greatly helped my nausea symptoms from having to take methotrexate. I hate it but it is what it is for right now. The ingredients in this product are just amazing. from a sick person... definitely has helped me A LOT!! 👍👍👍
