Once Daily High Energy Multivitamin, 120 VegCaps

These vitamins come in a gel capsule that is about 7/8" in length. They are significantly simpler to take than large hard pills or caplets, as are most gel capsules. I originally got these not solely for the vitamins, but also because taking pills is a significant issue for me. Daily vitamin, only once a day very practical but need to supplement more with other vitamin D since it’s only 50% DV. Effect: Not easily feeling tired. The capsule in a good size too but a bit powdery.

I have an auto immune disease that makes it hard for my body to absorb proper nutrients from food. I have to get iron infusions and take medical grade B12 supplements. I thought I might as well take a multivitamin. I know the Solaray products and their quality so I decided to try this one. I have these crazy baby hairs growing not, because my hair had fallen out a bit, and my nails have never been stronger which is a nice side effect!

The quality of the bottle is nicely packaged also the ingredient and the taste of the capsules. The size however is quite small but the benefit you get after it is very good. The dosage of it depends on your age. Can see improvement on my immune and metabolism system.

The quality,size,effect and ingredient of the capsule helps my folic acid, boost my energy,eye , heart AND metabolism. I usually swallow the capsule and so i don't quite know the taste of it, but the potency of it is very good. As it arrives at my doorstep, the packaging was very good.
