In the blight of my SIBO days, I was recommended Bloat Relief for the ingredient effects that Ginger & Artichoke have on assisting digestion, especially when suffering from a maladaptive digestive system. Over a period of just three days, I noticed considerably less bloating after meals. I was have improved bowel motions and my overall quality of life improved. I was consuming a dosage of 1 capsule every 20 - 30 minutes before afternoon and evening meals which meant one bottle was lasting just 2-3 weeks. Each capsule was small enough to swallow and didn't have any strong aftertaste and kind of tasted like liquorish. I still use to this day, especially when dining out.

This does the job, I have a serious bloating problem, not even as a reaction to something I ate, but often times if I just sit for too long. Also, doesn’t give me digestion issues, has quality ingredients and the dosage is ideal.

This is a good quality product with a well-thought-out combination of ingredients for digestive support. I like that it targets bloating from different angles rather than relying on just one ingredient. I’ve found it helpful, especially when taken consistently or around heavier meals. It does reduce discomfort and bloating, but it’s not an instant fix — more of a gradual support. The softgels are easy to take and I didn’t experience any negative side effects, which is always a plus. Overall, a solid product that works, just don’t expect immediate results. I would still recommend it for ongoing digestive support.

I took this supplement every day, sometimes twice a day, and it genuinely works. It noticeably reduces bloating and discomfort without any side effects. A great product that actually does what it promises.

They do help with bloating after eating a meal, but it's not super strong. The results aren't astounding but they'll help you get through the day. I can appreciate it but it feels like its missing a little something.
