Ubiquinol CoQH-CF™, 50 mg, 60 Softgels

I bought this Ubiquinol for my father, who has cardiovascular diseases. I don’t know if it helps. I read that it has better absorption, and that attracted me. I also have another form. The softgels are almost black – don’t be scared. Shipping is fast, the package is excellently packed, and the price is reasonable. I’ve already ordered from iHerb and will continue to do so. Very good quality ubiquinol. Softgels are easy to swallow, no aftertaste. Feels gentle on the stomach and well absorbed. Packaging is solid and fresh. Matches the description and is worth the price.

A little pricey but it goes with the more absorbable form of CoQ10. I took it to improve my cardiovascular health, in conjunction with running. As an antioxidant I feel like it's also helped me manage chronic stress better and protect my brain health. For the period I was on this supplement, on top of regular exercise, I definitely saw the benefits in my blood pressure

I have been using CoQ10 for years, but I got this as a more bio-available form of CoQ10 and it really does seem to be better. It's difficult to find though so I'm glad it's on iHerb. Also, small gelcaps so it's easy to swallow.

I like NOW foods quality better than most and if I’m ordering from Iherb I’ll likely order from them or Thorne because I think they’re better quality. This is a solid product that I’m Comparing to NOW’s other Ubiquinol product whixh comes in 100 mg servings. This is a 50 mg capsule în a slightly more advanced formulation so you have to take 2 to have a fair comparison. So far I can’t tell conclusively but it feels stronger than the other Ubiquinol whixh I also like.

Helps your body with quality of your supplements. IHerb I‘m grateful that have a huge choice and well conceived ingredients and excellent quality too! I use Ubiquinol every 2nd day with use Coenzyme Q10…then….my body have everything needs. I use for me AD.

That energy is produced by cellular mitochondria. CoQ10 in the Ubiquinol format is the only form of CoQ10 capable of protecting the mitochondria and their lipid membranes from free radicals. NOW Food's product is good value. Highly recommend.

Took it for myself to recover from training and physical labor and oxidative stress, it's a long term drug, but I'm all for taking vitamins rather than pills.
