Metabolic Maintenance is an excellent brand with very high standards. However, the container is quite small considering the price. Since a therapeutic dose is 3g per night, this 200g size doesn't last very long. It’s a great, pure product, but I wish there was a larger, more economical option available.

This glycine powder taste good and helps me sleep. I was having issues with reoccurring thoughts while sleeping and read that a benefit of glycine is it helps with this. I have only been taking for a short time period but so far so good. I like the composition being powder and no additional ingredients.
