Excellent quality supplement. I was looking for a product with natural ingredients that would actually improve bowel movements. I use it for my son only when it's needed and it helps to ease a constipation and have regular bowel movements every time. I serve it with a yogurt and my child doesn't mind the taste. A bottle size lasts for a long time as we do not use this tonic frequently.

My son has on and off constipation issues usually solved with hydration, prune juice or magnesium. Well this time none of those were working. It seemed more like a motility issue than a softness issue. This gets things moving! I did use more than one dose. I bought several things to try but this worked the best for motility. I will definitely repurchase and not be without.
