This once a day caplet contains good levels of quality ingredients including methylated B vitamins and folic acid for increased energy without any niacin flush. It’s smaller size makes it easier to swallow too (unlike some huge tablets) Taking this to help with general energy levels and nervous system support.
I must admit that I accidentally ordered this product thinking I was getting the magnesium SRT with the added B vitamins. At first I was upset that I had paid so much for a B complex alone, but then the more I read about it, the more excited I became to try it. So far, it seems excellent. I can feel more energy and in a sustained way. Plus, we have the MTHFR genetic flaw, and it is the good forms for that.
The quality is good. Has all ingredients I need. Size of a pill is normal and easy to swallow. Package is simple and has a very comfortable opening. I found it hard to find on a market activated vit B complex with SRT. I am glad that I found it here. Will buy again.
