It does melt fast so no worries about choking. Baby likes the flavor. He would ask for it. But I'm not sure about the dosage or effectiveness in soothing teething. He still bites toys or fingers while teething. (no more biting once teeth is out)

I vas using previously for my baby the dr talbots gel, and after we got rid of the pacifier at 1 year age we moved to the tables version. It works well. I would say the tablets are more convenient than the gel is, at least for my toddler. Great quality product overall, will definitely order again.
