I have been taking SystemWell Ultimate Immunity for over 10 years, and highly recommend it. Great value for money given all the ingredients, and keeps colds and flu at bay. At the first sign of a sore throat and cold coming on, I take the increased dose and a cold never eventuates!
My asthma is mostly well controlled but I can experience flare ups when my rescue or steroid inhalers do not provide complete and lasting relief. However with these, I have not gotten sick a single time in the past 4 months since I started taking them. They do taste a little gross and are large pills, but it's better than getting sick!

I take a dosage of 3 tablets daily for winter. It definitely helps keep those bugs at bay. Size of the tablets, make it easy to swallow. Quality ingredients and what I like about the product, is that it actually works! I will keep buying, taste and benefit is no bad sickness.
